I have a complicated issue, sidebar doesnt appear, I disabled all the plugins and tested but the sidebar widget doesnt appear

so I thought to use the HTML code, when I use the Custom HTML widget it shows the short code as it is and the slider doesnot appear, but if I used TEXT widget and inserted the short code, the slider appears

Till now it is ok I can use the text widget to insert the Short code

while reactivating the plugins there was a plugin called formidble, when I activate the plugin it stops the TEXT widget and shows the slider on the HTML widget

it is really confusing me I cannot find where the problem or where the conflict is

can you help please, and let me know if you need the admin credentials to check it

Hi @queeneve. Thanks for using MetaSlider. Could you explain more about this issue and perhaps share a screenshot, please?

I tested the widget just now and things worked correctly. Here’s a screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/AIsHZmF. I also tested with the “Formidable Forms” plugin if that’s what you’re using.

I am using classic widget plugin

is there any email that I can follow up with you ?

I already tried the trouble shooting before i sent the ticket but nothing worked for me

Please try following these steps and let us know the results: https://www.metaslider.com/docs/troubleshooting/
- Step #1. Does it work with all slides? Yes or No
- Step #2. Does it work with all slideshows? Yes or No
- etc.
- etc.

update: I found the problem that only some slideshows dont appear , I removed them and created new slideshows and it worked fine
