Sidebar Widget

I’ve created a new page template and a new sidebar. Uploaded them to the themes etc… I see them in editor in WP. The page is fine but when I go to widgets to add things to the sidebar for this new page, it isn’t listed and I can not for the life of me get it there.

Any help would be appreciated. I am using Titanium 1.2.1 by iThemes
