sidebar title

Are you working on customizing or creating a theme or having trouble with a WordPress installation? I’m sorry but I’m not clear on what you’re trying to do.

Here is my requirement.

I have to create multiple sidebar (from custom_sidebar plugin) for leading forms that will be specific for each page also these forms will be categorize such as Short Sales forms and others.

For instance:
I’ve a form for Short Sales category.
Short Sales will be title that I need to get of sidebar.
