Sidebar suddenly appearing on left under posts

you have possibly posted a new post containing some broken or erroneous html codes.

does this only happen on the posts page, or on archive pages, or on some or all single posts or pages?

ideally, please post a link to your site to illustrate the problem.

seems to be a CSS formatting issue – the width for the content plus the width for the sidebar are too wide…

have you recently added some padding to any of the divs, or made any other edits to the CSS of your theme?

Hi Michael, appreciate your help.
No I haven’t added padding that i’m aware of or CSS edits. The only thing I can think of is the code for the facebook like box widget; but I’m sure it was working when I first added it.
Can you see anything amiss with the code?

I’ve checked all pages, I haven’t added any padding.
i’m using site origin. Settings on the post pages are
Row layout (2) ratio (even) From L to R
38.2% and 61.8%
Standard row layout, default collapse order, default margin & gutter, no padding.

unfortunately, I am not able to pinpoint the exact cause.

it could be that your style.css is possibly somehow edited which might cause the layout problem – you could try to re-install the original style.css of your theme.

or wait for a response of the theme’s developer.
