Sidebar pushing widgets with titles to the bottom?

I’m relatively new to coding, so I apologize in advance.

I am having an issue with my sidebar – I wanted it to run the full height of each page (regardless of how tall the page was) so I used a repeating background image. This worked quite well – however now it is pushing any widgets in the sidebar that have a title to the bottom of the sidebar.

If I remove the title, it will move it back up to fall below the other widgets. (The header image is a text widget with no title, and the search has no title – thus they stay up.) Unfortunately I can’t just remove the titles from all the widgets – such as the Recent Posts widget which always has a title whether you specify one or not.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
