Sidebar Problems

So I have my main blog setup at aplusdesigners.com and everything is working great. I will begin transitioning it to another domain soon, but that is unrelated to this. I also have a blog that I set up for my 10 year old daughter. It is located at aplusdesigners.com/greenspace. For some reason, the theme I chose https://themes.wordpress.net/columns/4-columns/1905/dynamic-vision-10/ does not show as having sidebars defined although they are there. What am I doing wrong here? This is keeping me from being able to add widgets to this site.
