Sidebar problems

I have taken over a blog that was already created some time ago and I can’t figure out how to fix an issue with the sidebar, if you go to the blog at superjewelerblog.com and look below the staff favorites post, you will see the sharing buttons are not aligned properly. We are using jetpack for the sharing and it’s somehow tied to the “staff favorites” box. When I delete the staff favorite post, it goes away and all the sharing buttons go too. Some design company did our theme and the staff favorites post is apparently set up somehow to have those buttons underneath it. Any help or info would be appreciated!
