Sidebar placement

    After creating a new optin form (Ribbon) and placing the widget in the Home Sidebar, it is displaying way down the page instead of at the top of the sidebar.
    There is nothing else placed in the sidebar.

    I even tried reducing the width to 250 px in case it was too wide. No luck.

    Not sure how to correct this.

    Hello there,

    Sorry for the trouble. Let’s see how we can help.

    On the webpage, you linked is the div with id content-sidebar-wrap that is taking up the space of the sidebar which is causing the optin form to move down.

    This is something inherent in your theme and should be changed from the code level of the theme and not our plugin’s behavior causing this.

    So I would suggest modifying your theme’s codebase to allow the widget to go up in the sidebar. Once changed, it should show up fine on your site.
