Sidebar.php and sidebar on site don’t match?

So I’m working with a client and I’ve been tasked to change the link to their Instagram page. You’ll notice it’s within the class of “text-widget”. I look into sidebar.php and the code isn’t match up. I did a complete backup on of the site locally and couldn’t find the class “text-widget” anywhere.

Am I missing something here?
