If you’re in AddThis mode, there are fields for setting an offset at AddThis.com. They’ll appear if you click on the Show more options button.

If you’re in WordPress mode, you’re able to select an offset for the Sharing Sidebar using our Smart Layers API. To do this, go to the Advanced Options tab within the plugin settings and look for addthis.layers() initial paramater (json format):
