    Hello wpfiend,

Could you verify that the shortcode being used does not have the sidebar attribute set to “No” and see if that makes a difference? Or, if you’re using the block, make sure you don’t have the Sidebar option/block parameter set to No.

You can read more about the shortcode and block attributes here: https://doc.etoilewebdesign.com/plugins/ultimate-product-catalog/user/block-shortcodes/

    Appreciate the fast response.

(I am not using Gutenberg blocks.)

You are correct. It was set to “No”. I took it out and the right bar is correctly displaying.

But that brings up another weird question: I have the same setting for the other Category page, where the sidebar attribute is ALSO set to “No”, but the sidebar still displays…!!

Any ideas why it is not consistent…??

    Thanks again.

    Hello wpfiend,

It could be that the quotations don’t match or the “No” is lowercased. Double check these things in your shortcode to make sure.

Nonetheless, if you want the sidebar to display, you can either set the sidebar attribute to “Yes” or remove the attribute completely, since the sidebar displays by default.”
