sidebar making it static & change icon

  • Firstly thank you for the really nice theme.

    1. Is possible to make the sidebars static in the three column layout (i.e. get rid of the collapse expand feature)?
    2. Is it possible to customize the area where the toggle icon currently appears with text?
    3. I have tried to make both sidebars the same side in the style.css but the change does not seem to stick. Any suggestions?
