Sidebar Loop Shared with 2 Blogs

Scenario:

I’ve got 2 blogs
https://www.HernandoLuxuryHomes.com and https://SpringHillRealEstate.FeaturedBlog.com

I have a “Featured Listings” category on the HernandoLuxuryHomes blog with a loop in the sidebar highlighting the posts in this category.

I’d like to also have that loop show up in the sidebar of the SpringHillRealEstate blog so that people viewing either blog can see the featured listings, click the link in the sidebar, and be whisked away to the hernandoluxuryhomes blog for the full post…

Any ideas on how I can make this happen?
