Sidebar links are not working

The links ‘work’, just can’t find the page… Looks like IIS and permalinks issue. Have they ever worked?

I don’t really remember as I start changing the settings the time my blog was working…

Interestingly, I was unable to find .htaccess file in my blog’s folder, weird!

Just a reminder from the Codex:
“For cruftless permalinks, you must use mod_rewrite, and IIS (common on Windows servers) does not support mod_rewrite.“

Actually, I have two blogs on the same server. One is fine
https://www.tmemot.com/blog/index.php but the other is not!

My server uses Mysql dbs. And runs ASP sites.

1. Without MySQL it wouldn’t work – so that’s obvious.
2. .asp has nothing to do with WordPress.
3. You have different permalink structure for the two blogs.
a) the one that works is set up as it should be for IIS server.
b) the other one has bad permalink structure even for an Apache server.

Compare the two settings…

I don’t have a htaccess file, do I have to create it! Then what to fill it with?
