    Hello,

    When I choose the option:
    Where to show > Sidebar > Left… It looks horizontal, not vertical.

    I show a screenshot for you to see this strange event that I see in 3 websites, where I have installed your plugin. I don′t know how to tell you since wich version happens.

    I give a link to one of the websites.

    Any solution?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    You update plugin without testing enough new functions (you do not say there is new), and you also point out in your forum that it may be the fault of another plugin or theme.
    29-01-2018. Orientation – from horizontal to vertical
    https://supsystic.com/topic/orientation-from-horizontal-to-vertical/

    Well, it’s not like that. Before updating your plugin, the previous version was perfect. It is the fault of the new version of the plugin: 1.9.1. Try to disable all the plugins and the problem persists. And of course, I do not want to turn off the theme because it takes a lot of time to put it as I wanted.

    Also, you do not have the possibility of going back to an earlier version that surely does go well. If you do not have a team of people to test your plugins, at least, let download previous versions that go well until you can fix the new one.

    Things like that are those that do not allow you to trust your product and less to go to a paid version.

    Hi, @joanmorю
    You can add following style to your WP theme:

    html body
    .supsystic-social-sharing.supsystic-social-sharing-fixed a.social-sharing-button
    {
    display: block !important;
    }

    Also, I answered your question about earlier versions of plugin in your other request.
    Let me know, if you have other questions.

    Hi @supsysticcom!

    Fortunately, that code works perfectly, despite knowing it almost 2 months later.

    I was really close to changing the plugin for me and the students of my course at Udemy. Thanks for the code, although late.

    Next time, go directly to your contact form. How long does it take to answer a user …
    a) PRO?
    b) Registered?
    c) Unregistered?

    Being version 1.8.9, the most stable without needing that code. Can not check that you did well in that version and what is the problem in the following ones?

    It’s a shame this situation, because I think your products are very good but the response time is very bad (and that can lower the grade of the product).

    Greetings.

    Hello, Joan!
    Thanks for your concern and for your feedback – both positive and negative. The time of reply for all the categories doesn`t differ a lot – pro users tickets and urgent problems are checked firstly, as you suggested. On average, it may take near 12 hours for a reply, cause we have not got 24/7 support yet. We concentrate our resources on internal support, and apologize for such a late reply – we are trying our best to rebalance this.
    We will also work on ability of reworking things about vertical variant of bar like they were in previous version. I will inform you about the results.
    Hope we will be able to prove you can rely on us as we are client-oriented team and evaluate your confidence in our product most of all.
    The issue with versions for this moment should stay the same way – we`re providing you with any version you ask us for, but I hope that in future we will have an opportunity to rework this too.
    P.S. I hope you do not mind me reviewing three topics in one message.
    With respect,
    Supsystic Team.
