Sidebar layout problems

    I have been successfully using Content Aware Sidebars for over a year now.
    I recently upgraded to the most recent versions of wordpress and Content Aware Sidebars and without making any changes the sidebar has changed from appearing correctly on the right hand side of the page to appearing much lower down.

    I am using twentyeleven theme.

    Please can you give some pointer as to how I can debug/fix this?
