Sidebar issue…

Browsing the first page it is not mentioned. But for my question I ask you guys this do you have an issue with WooCommerce and your custom theme sidebars? The theme’s I use are based from twenty eleven. The sidebar should be working like it does on the rest of the pages. But for some reason the store likes to push it down I got it to work on the home page but the main store pages they do not work well.

I tried making the store content width smaller maybe it was touching the sidebar just enough to make it move. However that was not the case. I also tried making it float but that made the entire content float and so I could not do it that way. I also tried on the newer themes and it still happened…I was wondering if anyone had a fix for this that can be used on any theme.
