Sidebar is not aligning properly

So I am having an issue on a dozen or so pages of my site with the sidebar widget not aligning at the top of the page body. One the affected pages, it lines up about 1/3 of the way down the page. I have this added into my Additional CSS:

.sidebar {
position: absolute;
left: 660px;
top: 365px;

I’ve compared pages that are ok against those that arent and i cant see a difference. The two pages Im most concerned with, are the home page and my schedule service page.
