Looks like a float issue. Hard to tell from a pic though. It looks like your main content is pushing your sidebar below it. If this is the case you just need to fix one or two things in your css. Or you might want to rethink the current layout. There is more than one way to skin a cat.

Much easier to skin a cat when you can see the actual cat. Use the The W3C Markup Validation Service to check your code for missing closing tags.
