Sidebar error

“An error has occurred. Please reload the page and try again.”
I’m been trying to get the TOC to appear in the sidebar using the TOC widget provided. However, the above message keeps appearing whenever I check “page” only for TOC display.
I am using the Fluida theme “https://www.cryoutcreations.eu/”
The error message is vague so I’m not sure where the problem is coming from.
I’ve tried reloading, uninstalling and reinstalling TOC+. Not sure what else to try.
