Sidebar Doesn't Display on Product Category Page

I have created custom sidebars for a few areas of my site. However they don’t display on the Product Category pages. I have selected all the product categories in the “Taxonomy Terms” > “Product Categories”. It does appears on the product pages of the respective category.
How should I fix this?
