Sidebar doesn't appear on woocommerce shop page

Hi,

I have some problems with my woocommerce pages and especially with my woocommerce shop page. I can’t customize it and my sidebar doesn’t appear.
It’s there, but it’s just invisible.

I have tried to make another woocommerce.php to override the other woocommerce pages, but that didn’t work out.
Furthermore I have tried a way called ‘using woocommerce_content()’, but that also didn’t work.

Can anybody help me out?
