Sidebar disappears when I use 'press this'

    Ok, I noticed that my sidebar had disappeared & did a search on here. figured out that it had to be one of my last 3 posts. I couldn’t pinpoint the exact error, so I just deleted all 3. I then went into the settings & checked off the “WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically” option.
    I attempted posting again using the ‘press this’ tool (which I use frequently since my blog is mainly news). It happened again, so I scrapped the article & tried to use ‘press this’ on a different article from another site. Bam! It disappeared again. It appears to be a problem with the ‘press this’ tool, which has been working just fine up until now. Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated.
