Sidebar disappears from Front Page children
-
I’m having a strange issue with my theme. In it I have 3 templates:
- Default – has a sidebar
- Full width – no sidebar
- Front page – displays news in 3 columns
I have a page that’s set up as a child of the front page. It uses the Default template, but the sidebar doesn’t display. The space for the sidebar is still there though, so it’s clearly not using the Full or Front page template.
If I make this page a child of another page or move it up to be a parent, the sidebar comes back. So the problem has something to do with the page being a child of the front page.
Anyone know what gives and/or how to fix it? Due to my navigation setup, I need this to be a child of the front page.
If it helps, I’m using a child theme of Twenty Ten and you can view the problematic page here: https://odin.reaktortest.no/forsiden/bli-en-del-av-fixit-opplevelsen/
