• I added a blog post to the home page of the website in which I had customized several things about the appearance. All was fine before I added the post, but after I added and checked some other settings (I did not change any), the sidebar disappeared.

    I have the site set so that the toggle for the sidebar is off, but it doesn’t affect other pages.

    Whatever happened also broke the layout of the posts, where I had the featured image appearing above the posts and now they are sitting to the left of the text. But this is less important. I just want the sidebar back on the homepage

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,

    I’ve just checked your website and it looks like you added this additional CSS code that hides your sidebar toggle:

    .sidebar-toggle {
        display: none;
    }

    Kind Regards, Roman.

    Hi Roman,

    Yes, I’m aware of that, I didn’t want the toggle, I wanted the sidebar to be persistent. And it was, up until I added the latest post. It’s persistent on all of the other pages. I don’t know what happened that the bar is gone from the homepage now.

    Hello,

    Well, Alizee theme is designed to work with sidebar toggle.

    I don’t think that there is an easy way to change it, unfortunately.

    Please feel free to ask any other questions that you might have.

    Kind Regards, Roman.
