Sidebar disappeared but only on homepage

I am using the WordPress widget “Navigation Menu” which is putting a secondary menu in a sidebar. It was working, putting a secondary menu on my homepage and every webpage. Now, it puts the secondary menu on every webpage except the homepage. It disappeared when I replaced the header with a header of different dimensions. I put the previous header back in but it still doesn’t put in the sidebar. I checked every possible setting, and tried using several browsers. In the Home Page Edit page, in Page Options I entered “No” for “Full Width” (full width would block out the side bar).
