Sidebar Different When Logged In, Logged Out

    The sidebar on my website looks different when I am logged in and no logged in.

    Specifically, the black bar that separates the different sections appears when I am logged in, and is not visible when I am logged out.

    I disabled my plugins to see what would happen but the problem still persists.

    Using wordpress multisite. And I’m running a number of sidebar plugins, but I’m not sure what the problem is.
