Sidebar CSS Issue with Firefox and Chrome

Hello there,

I have an issue with the way my sidebar looks in Firefox and Chrome. The sidebar looks the way it should in Firefox, but in Chrome it looks like the sidebar sits higher than it should.

In firefox, the lines for the sidebar do not cross the line for the header. In chrome, the lines will cross.

When I try to fix the sidebar using firebug in chrome, it looks great, but when I try to view the site using firefox, I have a similar problem.
