Sidebar Content Based on Post Meta Tags

I would like to add an video/link to my sidebar relative to a post meta tag of the present post.

For example…if I had a post about German Shepard dogs, with post meta tag of ‘german shepards’, an image of German Shepards in my Library, and I had a youtube published video about German Shepards, how could I possibly present the image/video link in the sidebar when that specific post is visited?

Any thoughts?
