Sidebar Cart Not Showing

I just purchased and installed the All In One Cart. I can get the cart icon to load, but when I click on it all I get is a dimmed out page with no sidebar cart. I clicked around and tried a few things, but nothing seems to fix the problem, and I’m not sure where to go from here.
