Sidebar box disappears on only one page

Hi. My welcome message is on a dark background and looks nice and neat, which appears on every page in the sidebar except the “contact” page, where it mysteriously disappears, even though the text remains. Use the nav at the top to see the difference between the “contact” and all the other pages. I can’t imagine why, but maybe someone can help me.
