Sidebar background color

I forgot to said, I change also the color of the images in img/sidebar folder in child theme.

Hi,
not Alex, but you have common issue.
Your

.sidebar { background-color: #fcf8e4; }

from child theme changes background color of sidebar only for space filled with widgets (or images, as you say).
For rest of “empty space” to bottom of sidebar remains default gray color (#F0F0F0).

My advice:for that “problematic” page (text in content is longer that sidebar widgets)- just add 1 or 2 empty widgets (no picture, just same background color) to fill the gap to the bottom.
