Sidebar and masonry

Hey,

I encounter some problems for customizing my theme. Looking at wordpress theme, I see that there are screenshots with 4 columns footer, however I can not seem to see how I can get the same thing?
In addition, I would like to have a sidebar fix right on each page (home, categorei, article) and the model masonry on the left (have two columns, so two items visible per lines). Do you know how do I do that?
