Sidebar and Footer Widgets Are Not Showing Up

I am sorry, I am not the most computer literate person in the world. I recently updated WordPress to 4.3 and none of my sidebar or footer widgets are appearing for my site anymore. They appear when I go to edit my widgets, but they do not appear on the site itself. I am not sure how to proceed. I disabled all of my plugins. I tried changing themes, and still nothing. In the new theme it did exactly the same thing. I use Ad Injections for my ads and I use several Social media plugins like Instagram Widget and a couple others, but none appear in the sidebar or footer. My Search Widget seems to be the only thing that works and appears.
