• Currently, my sidebar appears to the right of a post or page. On mobile however, it appears after (below) the main content for that post or page.

What’s the best way to control where to sidebar appears when on mobile? Ideally, I want it to appear before the main content.

Your sidebar is probably set to float right, with the main content area set to float left. In the “mobile” view, the floats are probably disabled, so the natural order of main content then sidebar moves the former to the top.

You may be able to fix this with some clever CSS; it would depend on your theme.

    Hello Mrqwak,

I could understand how fustrating that can be when trying to edit your word press site as I also had the same experience. The best way I learned was by watching a small video tutorial on how to fix this issue.

Found a nice video tutorial on how to fix this issue

    hope this helps.
