    Hi again,
When on mobile, the side panel opens up, however the featured image is not there and
scrolling down doesn’t work… it scrolls the main page behind the panel.

please advise on how to fix.

    thank you!

    Hi,

    1. For featured images try to enable / turn ON “Member Image Preloading” in plugin Options. It should fix that.

    2. Scrolling works fine on my end. Tested on my Android phone (Chrome browser) and in Chrome developer tools (mobile mode) on desktop.
I worked with this theme 3 years ago, and because of its advanced parallax effect, which virtually moves all the site not just images, the JS library theme used for that effect had problems with mobile browsers.

You can try to enable “Alternative Scrolling” in plugin options, although it looks differently than normal one.

Enabling “Member image Preloading” fixed the images, but the scrolling still won’t work. ??

Is there a way to set it to not have the image on mobile only, but remove the space for it? Like the standard layout. I prefer the way the standard layout looks on mobile plus it also removes the need for scrolling if we keep our bios short. The image layout looks better on desktop and tablets because there is room for it… I hope that makes sense.

    Have you tried alternative scrolling?

Yes it makes sense. But I already told you all that can be done in this case. If it still doesn’t work you have two options: to hire a web designer/developer to fix the plugin problems with your theme, but he/she have to see your problem with scrolling, because on my end I don’t see any problems, or if nothing helps, you would need to try another plugin, this one seems (unfortinately) doesn’t compatible with your theme.
