side offer ninja forms?

Do you know what the best form plugin that works well with your side offer? I am currently using wuform, but I’d like to use ninja forms. However, when I test the form, it looks fine. But if i visit my site and click on the tab, it wont open..? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
