    I think this has more to do with the main theme (fusion/avada?) you are using which controls the content width.

    1. Temporarily, switch back to default WP theme
    2. Make sure the knowledgebase sidebar has atleast one widget in it.

    Thanks. It wasn’t the theme. Turns out when I ported the site from the demo URL to the new one, the widgets didn’t transfer over so I had no widget set in the sidebar any more. All fixed now!
