Side menu on post page

    A couple of main blog vs. post page questions:

    1. On my main blog, there’s a gray bar down the right side that contains my links etc.: https://www.megancrewe.com/blog/

    On each post page, the gray bar is there, but there’s no menu: https://www.megancrewe.com/blog/?p=222

    I would like either to remove the gray bar so it’s all white, or have the menu on the post page, too. Whichever is easier, really.

    2. I’ve just noticed there’s no way to navigate back to the main blog page from the post pages. Is there a way to make the header link back to the main blog, or add a link somewhere else on the post page?

  • You could put a link to front page of the blog under the main site category.

    If the theme you are using has a single.php file it you need to modify the code a bit so that it can look like the front page of the blog.

    It would be nice if could take the code for menu on the https://www.megancrewe.com/ homepage and put it on the blog as well.

    I’ll do that if I can get the menu onto the post pages, but if I can’t then that won’t help. Good point, though!

    I agree it would! But I am not much of a programmer and don’t know CSS at all so I have no idea how. ??
