    When I add any product I want side cart will automatic open in mobile in side cart checkout and cart feilds
    Without plugin and in storefront free theme

    I am afraid this will require custom coding one way or another. To my knowledge you will either need to implement this as a (custom) plugin or as functionality in your theme.
