side bar meta links

i want to change the meta links that appear on all the sites (wordpress mu, or “multisites”) but I don’t know where this is anymore with WP 3.

You’re using Widget rite? For Meta widget there’s no easy way:
Option 1: Hack the core. Open wp-includes/default-widgets.php. Look for “Meta widget class”. The links should be somewhere under that section.
