side bar doesn't show

I have wp theme “Responsive” which is not letting me see the the right side sidebar. I am trying to set up the FB Like box using widget jetpack. I believe I have it set up correctly, saved, then can’t see it on the live site after refreshing it.

I got the bottom widget area to show just by click and drag.
