Side Bar and Page Load Errors

Hello everyone,
I installed the Styleicious theme and did some editing to it’s side bars. The edits appeared to work well so I didn’t save the original code, but then noticed that the multiple columns quit working correctly. I tried all the standard stuff like uninstalling the template, uploading a backup and even had the hosting company uninstall and reinstall wordpress. The titles were centering and that has been resolved, but some of the template side bars still don’t work well. They don’t load well and don’t apply the widgets when added.

Could this be a problem with the mqsql database? Unfortunately I didn’t make a backup of it before the editing.

Stylelicious is no longer the template because after the reinstall, I can’t find a working version of it.
What can I do to resolve this issue?
