Side bar and and pre-footer widgets disappeared

I am using the Sugar and Spice theme for my blog, https://www.frugalfitmomma.com and it has worked perfectly until my sidebar and pre-footer widgets disappeared! That is where all my ads and ways to navigate my site are located! How do I get it back?
