Shuts down Entire Website

This plug-in shuts down my entire website. It keeps throwing error codes and then has a fatal error which blocks everyone from seeing my site. The auto-block feature is off and Both me and my web developers have tried working with lionscript to resolve this issue. They are slow to respond and after almost 2 weeks there is still no resolution to fix the issue. We gave them the error code and the option to log into the website to look further into the issue. They claim they have 24 hour support, but it takes 3-5 days to hear back from them or even no response at all without a follow up did you get my email? I paid $50 for the pro-version, paid my webdesign company to install it, and I have nothing to show for it!!! Other than when it’s running, I can’t get any business because everyone is locked out.

Very unhappy customer. I will update this review if they can resolve the issue with their plugin shutting down my entire site.
