Shuffle Category Posts (to defeat chronology or alphabetical)

I’m going to create 60 posts…each for an individual with different areas of expertise. Each area will be a category. Visitor will choose category and I don’t want “Aaron Aardvark” or most recently added to prevail in order.

I’d LOVE to find a plug-in that works well or…?
