shrink the web on multisites?

  • Hello,

    I would like to include a plugin such that i can have the preview of a website when its URL is posted.As an administrator i can do it for my site by installing a plug in.
    My problem here is i want to apply this on multisites like for example: there will be different users with separate sites having a separate dashboard but i want the preview of the website to be automatically posted when some random user posts on his site.

    Is it possible?
