shrink fonts for mobile

    I am new to WordPress and I have created a test site. I am looking for a way to shrink my fonts so that they work for mobile. I am uncertain about the best way of doing this.

    Should I use media queries a custom css or edit the existing css ?

    I am using a theme from tyler.com
