Shrink database

    Current size of your counter table wp_cpd_counter is 953.33 MB.
    1.278.846 Total visitors

    i would like to shrink this database and “sum up” the views
    How do i do this?

    when i click the Collect old data
    it generates a 60mb file under backup

    But how do i shrink this database? is there a simlpe guide? i am OK with deleting all data older than 1 month IF its summed up.
