    Thanks for the report, I’ll try to reproduce this. Can you let me know what version of WordPress, and whether it’s a standard or multisite install?

    Also, can you try going to the plugin options (Dashboard > Settings > Insert Pages) and switching the insert method between legacy/normal to see if that has any effect.
